Adult Parish Choir                                             

 

This dedicated group of adult musicians pursues an active schedule of weekly rehearsals and provides music ministry for the 10:00 a.m. service at Christ Church. The choir provides special seasonal music throughout the year.

Taizé  Services   

 

Taizé services are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM in the Christ Church Sanctuary.  Come explore the presence of God through melodic chanting, candlelight, sacred scripture, prayers, and stillness.

 

Taizé is an ecumenical monastic community in France dedicated to spreading the message of peace and reconciliation among all the people of the world.  The Taizé service is a form of contemplative worship that incorporates music, candles, and inter-spiritual beliefs. Short chants, repeated again and again, create a meditative atmosphere.
